Positions Available: 15

-Should have started his/her career as a programmer and grown into a Sr Software Engineer with experience in designing software products/solutions.

-Should be able to technically lead the team for product/project development.

-Should have hands on experience in Designing/Coding.

-Should have Strong OOAD Skills, Design patterns.

-Should have Strong Core java, JSP, Servlets, Struts.

-Should have Hibernate, spring, AJAX - Should have Strong DB skills preferably Oracle, My SQL.

-Should have UML, Use case driven development.

-Should have Websphere/JBoss/Tomcat - Development expertise in Smart Cards/RFID/BioMetrics/Mobile/GIS preferred.

-Product development experience is preferred
