Job Description
As a consultant you would be part of our Training Department that
takes care of the training needs of the whole organization. Your main
responsibilities include :
Giving technical ‘Training’ , for which you would be trained first, both
Technically as well as in Training Skills.
To Evaluate and Provide ‘Feedback’ to Trainees.
To provide technical ‘Support’ to Software Engineers.
You would also get an opportunity to work on projects whenever
No trainings are planned for you.
Experience : 5 to 8 years of significant IT project experience, not only maintenance but
also developing new systems. Experience in design and coding and preferably
functional analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Skill Set : Expertise in the JAVA programming language .
HTML, JSP, Websphere
Excellent communication & Organisational skills
Analytical Thinking
Logical Ability
Willingness to take the initiative and the ability to see the big
Picture
Ability to understand new technologies and concepts
Ability to learn delivery skills including teaching and facilitation
Ability to evaluate and Provide feedback on trainees
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies,
Software Analysis & Design (Class Modeling), Testing methodologies,
UML.
Preferred Skill Set : Knowledge on Oracle databases,
Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
