Good understanding of SDLC and STLC and experience in automation tools like Mercury Interactive (Win Runner, Test Manger, Load Runner), Rational Robot, Silk Test, QTP. 

Also candidates having 1-4 yrs of relevant experience as trainers in Software Testing with good communication and presentation skills, ability to create training material, exposure to various training methods can apply.

Location:

2- 2.5 years of Experience in Testing.

Job Description:

* Preferably on Web based applications ( working knowledge of IBM Websphere, Tivolli Access manager, XML).
* Good Testing and Automation skills.
* Excellent written and oral communications.
* Ability to analyse Functional Documents and design Test Scenarios, Timelines, metrics.
* Should be able to lead and mentor junior Team members.
* Provide constructive feedback to Team members on Test asset review and Test Execution.

Qualifications: BE/ MCA (specialisation in Java, Jscript prefererably).
